Construction of an extension.

Duration of works: circa 22 weeks

T Balfe Construction Limited were appointed by Nene Valley Brewery on a design and build basis to carry out the construction of an extension to their existing facilities.

Our work included:

Erection of a steel framed structure on elongated columns to form ground floor approx. 600mm above existing ground level due to flood risk

Plan area 4,500 sq ft, 2 storey building with timber frame insets between steel, and cement board cladding, including ramps, railings and external decking. Building split into several retail units and an extension to the existing brewery.
